Shipping policy

Apparel (shirts, tote bags) is made-to-order and is processed and packaged via Printify within 3-5 business days of the order date. Accessories will be processed and packaged within 2-3 business days of the order date. If you order both apparel and accessories, please expect your order to be sent out in at least two separate shipments. Tracking will be provided for all shipments.

Standard US Shipping: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Standard International Shipping: Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.

International Shipping: golden serendipity co. is not responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from them. 

Once your order has shipped and you have received your tracking information, golden serendipity co. is no longer responsible for the package and has no control over any shipping delays that may occur.

If your item says delivered but has not arrived, please contact your local post office.

If a package is lost in the mail, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their local post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. You may choose to omit personal details but please keep your name visible on the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to an incorrect or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. 

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already been produced and shipped, golden serendipity co. is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address upon order placement.
