♡ Can I change my shipping address?

All jewelry orders are processed approximately 24 hours after purchase. If you need to change anything about your order (shipping address, variation choice, etc.), please contact us ASAP! Once an order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be changed.

 

♡ When will my order be shipped?

Jewelry orders are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. 

 

♡ Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At the moment, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know via our CONTACT form and we will help you out!

 

♡ How can I keep my jewelry in like-new condition?

• Avoid contact with moisture (water, perfume, lotion, etc.)
• When not in use, store in a cool, dry place
• Remove prior to showering/bathing, exercising, and sleeping
• To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth
